Lars Schlichting was born in Hannover, Germany. His education and training include a Master of Science in Biology from the Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., and a preliminary medical exam from the University of Hamburg. Before joining Momentum Pharma Services in May 2009 he served as Clinical Project Leader at MDS Pharma Services, Hamburg, and as Field Manager at Fermentas Life Sciences, St. Leon-Rot. Prior to that he gained professional experience as Research Associate at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, his fields of research being Molecular Biology and Experimental Ophthalmology.

Werner Weber, MD
Senior Medical Advisor, Recruitment Manager
Werner Weber was born in Pullach, Germany. He studied Medicine at the University of Ulm and has 24 years experience in clinical trials, having performed more than 500 studies of various types. Before joining Momentum Pharma Services in October 2007, he served as Medical Director at PHAROS GmbH in Ulm. Starting his career in CRO business at LAB GmbH in Neu-Ulm, he held a series of leadership roles within clinical research, culminating as Senior Study Director at PAREXEL GmbH, Berlin, Director of Clinical Research at BIOPHARM GmbH, Berlin, and Principal Investigator at MDS Pharma Services, Hamburg.

Dr. Petra Heinemann was born in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. Her education and training include a Diploma in Chemistry from the Freiburg University and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University in Heidelberg. She has 7 years experience in clinical project management. Before joining the company in June 2001 (then still MDS Pharma Services) she served as Pharmaceutical Sales Manager for Lilly Deutschland GmbH and Zeneca GmbH.

Tertia de Jager, PhD

Dr. Tertia de Jager was born in Somerset West, South Africa. Her education and training include include a Master in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Stellenbosch and a PhD in Biology from the University of Würzburg. She has seven years experience in the conduct of Clinical Trials, holding positions both in Project Management and Clinical Operations. Prior to joining Momentum Pharma Services in December 2009, she served as Vice President of European Imaging Operations, Synarc A/S.

Dr. Ulrike Lehr was born in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany. Her education and training include a Diploma in Biochemistry from the University of Bayreuth and a PhD in Biology from the University of Tübingen. Before joining Momentum Pharma Services in November 2009 she was member of the DFG Research Training Group "Infection Biology: Human and Plant Pathegenic Bacteria and Fungi", her area of research being Medical Microbiology.

Dr. Tina Schulze Ueding was born in Essen, Germany. Her education and training include a Diploma in Biology and a PhD in Biophysics, both from the University of Düsseldorf. Before joining Momentum Pharma Services in March 2007 she served as Research Associate at the Institute of Biophysics, University of Düsseldorf, her area of research being Prion-Disease research.
